Willems Mechanical engineering is a supplier for the outsourcing of stainless steel products. The company was established approximately 30 years ago and can supply virtually everything related to stainless steel.
Thanks to an enthusiastic team of highly-qualified employees and our own engineering department, Willems Mechanical engineering is equipped to produce high-quality products, from the design stage up to and including delivery.
Our Factory
In our factory we have acces to about 8000 m2 of floor space with all necessary means of production, such as:
- Welding department with 30 fully equipped stainless steel welding workplaces and central backing gas systems
- Sheet metal work department where lasered materials are mechanically completed and further processed on automatic CNC press brake
- Machining department with a sawmill, tube laser, CMA coordinate drilling machine, column drilling and tapping machine.
- Glass bead blasting installation and pickling place specifically for stainless steel.
- Assembly hall with overhead cranes.
- Own trucking service for fast deliveries.
Transport
To guarentee short lead times, VGI-Willems Machinebouw also invests in transport, we have various options for delivering your order to your doorstep. We have among other things, delivery vans, box trucks and our own trailers. All this for a fast and high-quality delivery to your adress.
ISO 9001 certification
To guarantee quality, VGI Willems has itself audited every 3 years by Quality Masters for ISO 9001 certification. We are also NEN-EN-ISO9001:2015 certified in 2023 to 2026.
